The Art of Mudra

Enjoy learning and practicing a selection of mudras, the sacred hand gestures of yoga, that relieve stress, calm the mind and improve breathing

We will combine mudras with mindfulness and the expressive arts to access your innate body wisdom, nurture your creativity and develop your intuition

A longtime yoga and meditation educator, energy healer, visual artist and spiritual dancer, Katherine is on the faculty of the Expressive Arts Institute at Salve Regina University.
