Through the expressive arts, we access imagery and deep inner knowing that is healing to the body/mind and spirit. No formal art experience is necessary, as we all have as our birthright the impulse to create images, move our bodies or make sounds to communicate.
The expressive arts provide methods and tools to access this healing imagery and to integrate the wisdom of the body with the intuition of the mind, to promote wholeness and well-being.
In her sessions Katherine uses an intermodal approach, drawing upon whichever expressive arts modality is appropriate for her client in the moment.
She is adept had creating an environment of safety and support for her client's explorations, as they unfold into their own awakening.

What is the key to unlock the mind's suffering?
