The workshop was terrific!!!! I was so astounded at how deep I was able to go and how much I enjoyed the movement and how my body opened in a new playful way and how good I felt. Katherine had said that this was not a performance, but an expression. I got in touch with a piece of myself that I think I had unknowingly discarded or hardened or deemed unimportant.
