Katherine Carbone the originator of Mystical Moves and YES!Dance, is your guide
 for these healing and transformative journeys. She has a gift for making movement, meditation
 and creativity easeful, accessible and enjoyable for everyone. A longtime yoga and meditation educator, energy healer, visual artist and spiritual dancer, Katherine also serves on the faculty of the Expressive Arts Institute at Salve Regina University.
