During this enlivening, insightful and enjoyable Retreat Day
you will:

                   • Engage in experiential learning & self-discovery
• Practice skills to access and nourish your Heart center
                   • Strengthen your body/mind/spirit connections

Retreat Day on the theme of cultivating Gratitude
will include:
 • Movement & Gentle Yoga – postures, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation & relaxation
 • Mindfulness Moments
         • Mudra - sacred hand gestures of yoga
         • Mantra - subtle toning & chanting
• Expressive Arts – easy drawing and journaling from the body

She has a gift for making movement, meditation
 and creativity easeful, accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
A longtime yoga and meditation educator, energy healer, visual artist and spiritual dancer, Katherine is on the faculty of the Expressive Arts Program at Salve Regina University. Christopher Kavi Carbone e-RYT500, C-IAYT, RDT, will be joining Katherine for this special retreat day as well.
